Cap and Gowns

Cap & Gown Ordering:

Graduates are required to wear a cap, gown, stole, and tassel. Graduates can order caps, gowns, stoles, and tassels at the Senior Fair on February 26, 2025 which takes place on campus, in the Global Leadership Center, 10:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. is the link to the Jostens ordering site. You can select which Cap and Gown package you need: °µÍø±¬ÁÏapp Grad or °µÍø±¬ÁÏapp ABSN Grad for the Nursing Program. March 5th is the deadline to order. After that date they grads will need to order through the alumni office (alumni@westmont.edu) with steep late fees. 

Cap & Gown Pick Up: 

  • Wednesday, April 30, 2025- 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. on the President’s Patio, Kerrwood Hall.
  • Thursday, May 1, 2025- 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. on the President's Patio, Kerrwood Hall.
  • Friday, May 2, 2025- 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. on the President's Patio, Kerrwood Hall

At Cap & Gown Pick Up, Grads Receive a Commencement Packet which includes:

  • 10 wristbands (required for guest entry to campus on the morning of Commencement)
  • 2 parking passes (required for guest entry to campus on the morning of Commencement)
  • A map of the campus including all parking lots
  • A detailed schedule of Commencement Day

All graduates are required to wear a cap, gown, stole, and tassel to participate in Commencement. Please contact the Alumni office with any questions regarding cap and gown orders or pick up at (805) 565-6056 or alumni@westmont.edu
