Biography/Details
Dana received her undergraduate degree from Bradley University in Peoria, IL in 2008. She then attended Johns Hopkins University where she obtained her MSN as an Acute Care Adult/Gerontology Clinical Nurse Specialist. While serving as the Neuroscience Clinical Nurse Specialist at UCLA Health, she assisted in the creation and implementation of an evidence-based guideline for cervical-collar care to reduce collar-related pressure injuries. Dana was also nominated for the "Rising Star Award" which is presented by the National Association of Clinical Nurse Specialists.
