(Updated Feb. 5 at 2 p.m.) After assessing the rain storm impacts on the campus and the community as a whole, °µÍø±¬ÁÏapp will resume in-person work and classes tomorrow, Tuesday, February 6. Please continue to monitor your email for additional updates related to this weather event, and note that while °µÍø±¬ÁÏapp will resume normal operations, additional rains are forecasted through Wednesday, so please plan accordingly and travel safely.

Santa Barbara County is experiencing a significant winter storm through Monday, February 5. Due to the potential impact of the storm, classes will be canceled on Monday, February 5. °µÍø±¬ÁÏapp does anticipate that classes will resume on Tuesday, February 6. Please note that the Dining Commons will be open for normal business hours on both days.
DO NOT attempt to drive while it is dark or raining, as roads may be damaged or your car may be swept away by moving water or debris. Limit your outdoor activity and avoid creeks adjacent to campus during the storm. The °µÍø±¬ÁÏapp campus is safe and has a shelter-in-place designation from the County of Santa Barbara. If you are on campus during the storm, please stay indoors and do not try to leave until the storm has passed and creek activity has diminished.
