°µÍø±¬ÁÏapp Magazine Giving in Return

While most recent college graduates worry about paying off loans and finding jobs, 79 °µÍø±¬ÁÏapp seniors decided to give something back to their alma mater as well. They pledged to donate $10,986 to the college over a three-year period.

This effort by the Class of 1995 sets a new record for senior gifts at °µÍø±¬ÁÏapp. Since the Class of 1993 revived this tradition by contributing $3,825 two years ago, the amount has increased each year. The Class of 1994 pledged $8,140.

Under the leadership of Zack Fox, an energetic Senior Gift Committee worked hard to beat the mark set the previous year. About 18 percent of the Class of 1995 made a pledge.

The senior gift campaign, which falls under the umbrella of The °µÍø±¬ÁÏapp Fund, supports student scholarships.
